材料メーカーの供給体制の変更のため、高バイオマス石油製品（73.3%）は材料に限りがありますので、売り切れの際はご容赦ください。

※原油不足や目詰まりが原因ではありません。

また、以下のように木材率の改善が可能となりました。

・標準：木材５１％以上＋植物成分２２％以上

・高配合：木材５５％以上＋植物成分２２％以上（コストアップ、薄肉制限あり）

木材比率や生分解性樹脂の使用はご要望に応じて変更が可能です。

Due to changes in our supplier’s distribution system, supplies of high-biomass petroleum products (73.3%) are limited. We apologize for any inconvenience should they sell out.

In addition, we will be adjusting the wood content as follows:

・Standard: 51% or more wood + 22% or more plant-based components

・High-content: 55% or more wood + 22% or more plant-based components (higher cost, thin-wall restrictions apply)

The wood content ratio and use of biodegradable resins can be adjusted upon request.

デザインストア「CIBONE（シボネ）」にて、我戸幹男商店の新作POPUPストアが行われました。

漆器づくりで排出される木粉をアップサイクルしたMIRAIWOODによる「MW-Z」シリーズが展示、販売されました。

神社仏閣の伝統的な形状をサンプリング、伝統工芸の技で仕上げたアート性の高い器です。

A new pop-up store by Mikio Gado Shoten was held at the design store “CIBONE”.

The “MW-Z” series, made from MIRAIWOOD—an upcycled material using waste wood powder from lacquerware—was displayed and sold.

カカオ由来のMIRAIWOOD材料（MIRAICACAO）は、ほんのりチョコレートの香りがします。一方、通常の木材由来のMIRAIWOODよりも自然に還りやすい性質も持ちます。チョコの香りを楽しむことができ、もともと使い捨てが多いプラスチック製品を代替できるプロダクトとして、私たちはホテル用のアメニティ製品を選びました。シンプルな中にもラグジュアリーさがあり、カカオ廃材のアップサイクル事業が多くの人々に理解が深まるように配慮しています。ホテル用途のほか、オフィスでの接客用、会議の場でも活用いただけます。

Cacao-derived MIRAIWOOD material (MIRAICACAO) has a slight chocolate scent. On the other hand, it also has the property of returning to nature more easily than MIRAIWOOD derived from ordinary wood. We chose amenity products for hotels as a product that allows you to enjoy the scent of chocolate and that can replace plastic products that are often disposable. There is luxury in simplicity, and we try to make the cocoa waste upcycling business more accessible to as many people as possible. In addition to hotel use, it can also be used for office reception and conferences.

 ２０２２年３月２８日、株式会社明治は、日本初のカカオ廃材で作ったタンブラーを発表しました。

先立つこと２０２２年１月、MIRAIWOODは、日本で初めてカカオ豆の廃材からアップサイクル成形材料に加工することに成功しました。

しかし、植物性の素材は早急な販売は避けて、何重にも安全性を検証する必要があります。

明けて２０２３年２月１４日、株式会社明治の進めるサステナブル事業「ひらけ、カカオ」にて、ついにカカオハスクアップサイクル製品のMIRAIWOODコンセプトデザインが、明治の新商品「カカフル」「カカウェル」発表会にて一般公開されました。

『ＭＩＲＡＩＷＯＯＤ』は、野球バットの廃材をアップサイクルした環境素材で大変な好評をいただいております。  

本年は、伝統工芸とのサステナブルなコラボレーション、多様多彩な企業様とのアップサイクルコラボ開発、

さらに高性能、高品質を実現する新技術の公開など、進化した『ＭＩＲＡＩＷＯＯＤ』を展示いたしました。

 おかげさまで、本年も多くのお客様にご来場をいただき、大好評のうちに閉幕となりました。

ADOPTED FOR KAGA CITY NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUBSIDY PROJECT

石川県の山中漆器のサステナビリティを向上させるプロジェクトにて、カノー株式会社様、株式会社我戸幹男商店様が加賀市の助成事業に採択されました。伝統産業の山中漆器は、伝統の技による高いデザイン性と高度な塗装技術で海外市場でも高い人気を誇ります。しかし、漆器を製造する際、どうしても大量の廃木粉が排出されてしまいます。

本プロジェクトでは、この廃木粉をアップサイクルし、再び木製食器の原料として活用することで、伝統工芸のサステナビリティを向上させ、環境意識の高い欧州市場でのプレゼンスを獲得することを目標にしています。サステナブルデザイン、プロダクトデザイン、ビジネスデザインを高度に融合させるプロジェクトです。

In a project to improve the sustainability of Yamanaka lacquerware in Ishikawa Prefecture, Kano Co., Ltd. and Gato Mikio Shoten Co., Ltd. have been selected for Kaga City's subsidy project. Yamanaka lacquerware, a traditional industry, boasts high popularity in overseas markets due to its sophisticated design and advanced painting techniques that are made possible by traditional techniques. However, when manufacturing lacquerware, a large amount of waste wood powder is inevitably discharged.

In this project, by upcycling this waste wood powder and using it again as a raw material for wooden tableware, we aim to improve the sustainability of traditional crafts and gain a presence in the highly environmentally conscious European market. . This is a project that highly integrates sustainable design, product design, and business design.

弊社の開発した新素材『MIRAIWOOD』が共同通信と、全国の地方紙などに紹介されました。新素材『MIRAIWOOD』は、野球のバット製造で生じた廃木材を51%以上使用して生分解性樹脂と組み合わせ、バイオマスマーク７０を取得している環境素材です。この素材で製造した成形品は、木製品の扱いとなります。熱に強く加工しやすく、食器やスプーン、フォークなどに幅広く活用でき木粉ならではの質感・風合いも特徴です。企業にプラ削減を求める新法が4月に施行されるのを前にご相談が相次いでおります。プラスチックの代替素材として、是非ご検討ください。

HELD AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING FOR INTERESTED PARTIES

一般公開に先立ち、招待客および弊社関係者の皆様に向けた内観会を開催いたしました。１日＋半日と短い開催期間にもかかわらず、１００名近くの方に「MIRAIWOOD」の技術説明、実物のペレット、試作品などをご覧いただくことができました。

二日目には、著名なシェフ、水島弘史氏による本格フレンチの試食会を開催。最高の料理と一緒に、実際の食器の使い心地について貴重なご意見をいただくことができました。木粉成形によるにおいの問題も完全に解決されていることもご確認いただきました。

※感染対策のため、時間指定の入れ替え・完全予約制とさせていただきました。

※試食会も感染対策を徹底。会場の換気と、オープンテラスを活かした安全で快適な試食を行なっていただきました。

Prior to the opening to the public, we held an introductory tour for invited guests and our company. Despite the short period of 1 day + half day, nearly 100 people were able to see the technical explanation of "MIRAIWOOD", actual pellets, prototypes, etc.On the second day, an authentic French tasting party will be held by renowned chef Hiroshi Mizushima. Along with the best dishes, we were able to receive valuable opinions on the usability of the actual tableware. It was also confirmed that the problem of odor caused by wood powder molding was completely resolved.

*To prevent infection, we have set a time-specified replacement and a complete reservation system.

* Thorough infection control measures are taken at the tasting party. The venue was ventilated and the open terrace was used for a safe and comfortable tasting.
